What You’ll Own
We’re not looking for someone to “assist.” We’re looking for someone to own. You’ll be responsible for the first impression with potential clients and setting the stage for future growth. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and schedule appointments with the sales team.
- Build strong relationships from the very first contact, ensuring a smooth transition to deeper conversations with the sales team.
- Keep detailed records of all interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and an organized schedule.
- Deliver at least three qualified leads to the sales team each week.
- Provide feedback on your interactions to continuously improve engagement and conversion strategies.
- Contribute insights into improving engagement scripts and client interactions.
