Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and Digital Project to lead our fulfillment team. This key leadership role involves supervising and optimizing processes, managing diverse teams, and driving operational excellence to achieve company growth. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work across departments to implement solutions, develop SOPs, and ensure efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily deadlines with Team Leads.
Address personnel issues in collaboration with HR.
Report significant operational challenges to the COO.
Ensure overdue ticket levels stay below established thresholds.
Oversee end-of-day operational issues and maintain a positive, solution-focused outlook.
Weekly Responsibilities:
Track production labor capacity and present summaries to the leadership team.
Report weekly operational performance metrics, including ticket resolutions and overdue projects.
Develop and communicate weekly objectives to achieve long-term goals.
Lead training and development initiatives for Team Leads.
Monthly Responsibilities:
Deliver detailed monthly reports to the COO, summarizing key performance indicators and operational improvements.
Work with finance and customer experience teams to reduce client churn rates.
Provide timesheet summaries and collaborate with the accounting department.
Quarterly Responsibilities:
Assist in setting and adjusting quarterly company objectives.
Provide the leadership team with ongoing feedback on operational performance.
Plan staffing needs and align them with growth goals in collaboration with HR.
Monitor and ensure achievement of quarterly financial targets.
Annual Responsibilities:
Develop an annual operations strategy in alignment with the CEO’s vision.
Design recruitment, training, and promotion frameworks for operational staff.
Enhance client experiences through process improvements and technological advancements.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
Intermediate to advanced expertise in budgeting, spreadsheets, and design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Intermediate knowledge of web development (WordPress, HTML, CSS).
Advanced skills in digital marketing, including SEO, social ads, and email marketing.
Advanced proficiency in analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
