No Joke Marketing

Operations Specialist

El Poblado/Laureles, Medellín, Colombia - Full Time

We’re seeking a world-class Operations Manager to be the CEO’s primary operating partner - owning the operating system, execution rhythm, and cross-functional alignment that drive profitable, scalable growth.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll turn strategy into repeatable, measurable outcomes. You’ll orchestrate planning and delivery across Revenue Operations, Delivery/PMO, Client Success, People Ops (with CPO), Finance (with CFO), and Marketing enablement - ensuring our Scalable OS, ClickUp, and Go High Level (GHL) work as one truth for goals, work, and lifecycle performance.

If you’re a systems thinker who loves clarity, speed, and results - and you build cultures of accountability where teams do the best work of their careers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Operating Rhythm

  • Run the daily/weekly operating cadence: drive priorities, unblock decisions, and enforce standards in Scalable, ClickUp, and GHL.

  • Maintain real-time visibility into capacity, delivery health, SLA adherence, and margins across pods/teams.

  • Safeguard data integrity across ClickUp (work), GHL (pipeline/revenue/CS), and financial systems.

Weekly Cross-Functional Execution

  • Lead the Weekly Scalable Meeting; update scorecards, rocks/OKRs, risks, and decisions.

  • Chair the RevOps + Delivery + CX + Finance huddle to reconcile pipeline → staffing → delivery → cash flow.

  • Oversee portfolio governance in ClickUp (intake, prioritization, dependencies, WIP limits, change control).

  • Review GHL dashboards for pipeline velocity, conversion, retention/expansion; ensure tight handoffs with CX.

Performance & Planning

  • Present the Monthly Operating Review (revenue/margin, NRR/GRR, delivery quality, NPS/CSAT, forecast accuracy, risks).

  • Translate annual plans into Quarterly OKRs/Rocks and align budgets, headcount, and initiatives.

  • Sponsor continuous improvement: SOP modernization, automation in GHL/ClickUp, AI-assisted workflows, and cost control.

Scaling Foundations

  • Refresh Scalable OS artifacts (V/TO equivalents, governance, playbooks); conduct org design reviews and succession planning.

  • Benchmark agency performance to top-quartile peers (utilization, cycle time, gross margin, NRR) and rebalance the portfolio for growth and efficiency.

People & Culture

  • Model people-first leadership: clarity of roles, psychological safety, crisp communication, and high ownership.

  • Partner with People Ops to keep a healthy talent pipeline, and enable leaders through playbooks - not heroics.

Requirements

Experience & Scope

  • 5 - 10+ years scaling operations in agency/consulting/SaaS-adjacent environments with demonstrated P&L impact.

  • Track record building operating cadences that improve margin, utilization, delivery quality, NRR, and forecast accuracy.

Operating Systems & Tools

  • Scalable (or equivalent) for goals/scorecards/OKRs and meeting rhythms—expert level.

  • ClickUp admin/governance, capacity modeling, delivery economics—advanced.

  • Go High Level (GHL) pipelines/automations/attribution/lifecycle analytics—advanced.

  • Data integrations across ClickUp ↔ GHL ↔ finance; KPI architecture and workflow automation.

Leadership & Communication

  • High EQ, clarity, and candor; excellent stakeholder management across CEO, CFO, CPO, RevOps, Delivery/PMO, CX, and Marketing.

  • Decision athlete: fast, data-driven calls with measured risk; simplifies complexity into repeatable mechanisms.

Success Metrics (Illustrative)

  • Revenue & Margin: On-time/on-budget delivery rate; target gross margin.

  • Clients: NPS/CSAT, GRR/NRR, expansion rate, time-to-value.

  • Execution: Forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, cycle time, WIP control.

  • People: Time-to-productivity, regrettable attrition, leadership bench readiness.

  • Systems: Data accuracy across Scalable/ClickUp/GHL; automation coverage of key workflows.
  • Compensation

$2,900 - $4,000 Per Month

Job Profile

  • Location: Fully remote (US/Global)

  • Education: Bachelor’s required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

  • Tech: Modern laptop, strong broadband, camera/headset suitable for executive meetings
