Senior Web Developer

Pakistan - Full Time

We’re hiring a Senior Web Developer who can build high-quality, conversion-focused websites with speed, accuracy, and clean execution.

If you’re confident in WordPress, can work quickly without sacrificing quality, and thrive in a structured, process-driven environment, you’ll love this role.

This is NOT a junior “drag-and-drop” role.

This is for someone who can build websites properly, solve problems independently, think critically, and collaborate with our fulfillment team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build 5-7 page WordPress websites from scratch using approved designs
  • Create landing pages & funnels that load fast and convert well
  • Handle ongoing edits, updates, and QA checks across multiple sites
  • Collaborate with the SEO and Paid Media teams to ensure technical SEO best practices
  • Fix layout issues, spacing, responsiveness, and structural problems across devices
  • Ensure clean backend structure, naming conventions, and user-friendly admin setups
  • Follow internal processes, update project tickets, and communicate proactively
  • Support site migrations, plugin updates, and troubleshooting tasks
     

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

You:

  • Deliver new website builds on time, pixel-perfect, and fully responsive
  • Reduce the amount of rework needed from designers or other developers
  • Communicate clearly in ClickUp and meet deadlines consistently
  • Help improve internal build processes (templates, checklists, QA steps)
  • Become a reliable, fast-moving developer the team can trust
     

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • 3-5+ years of professional WordPress development experience
  • Advanced skills in:
    • WordPress (theme setup, builders, customisation)
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • PHP
    • Responsive development (mobile/tablet/desktop)
       
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Speed optimisation
    • Technical SEO basics
    • Website QA processes
  • Ability to implement designs exactly as provided (no guesswork)
  • Good English communication (written & spoken)
  • Reliable internet, modern hardware, and ability to work full-time remotel

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Experience building multi-location / service-based websites
  • Familiarity with CRO or funnel best practices
  • Understanding of global sections, components, and scalable build structures
  • Experience working in agencies with fast-paced development cycles
