Position Overview:
As a part-time Sales Closer at No Joke Marketing, your role will be vital in converting potential leads into satisfied clients. Over the initial 3 months, you'll demonstrate your prowess in sealing deals, with the potential of moving into a full-time role based on your performance.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best service solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.
- Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, providing insights to refine our approach and offerings.
- Stay updated with industry trends to effectively pitch our services.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, especially in a digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with a flair for closing deals swiftly.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $2500 per month.
