Job Summary:
We are seeking a Social Media Content Specialist dedicated to managing the social media presence of a single client across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for creating impactful social media content that builds brand presence, drives traffic, and engages the client’s audience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure the client’s content strategy aligns with their business goals while fostering a consistent and authentic brand voice across all platforms.
Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X, focusing on unique content that resonates with the client’s target audience.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy that align with platform best practices and the client’s brand.
- Monitor the client’s social media channels daily, engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Conduct trend research within the client’s industry to ensure content remains relevant and timely.
- Perform quality checks on all content to guarantee grammatical accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop multimedia content, such as custom images, infographics, and short-form videos, tailored to each platform.
Monthly and Quarterly Responsibilities:
- Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and identify areas for improvement, sharing insights in monthly reports.
- Conduct monthly audits of the client’s social media presence, suggesting strategies for improving engagement, expanding reach, and boosting conversions.
- Join training sessions to stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and audience behavior shifts.
- Collaborate with marketing team members to refine social media strategies based on client objectives, audience insights, and evolving digital trends.
Expectations
- Effectively manage and grow the client’s social media presence by creating content that meets platform requirements and fosters engagement.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting content to the unique characteristics of each social media platform.
- Clearly communicate results to the client, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- Platform-Specific Expertise (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X): Proficient
- Content Creation and Copywriting: Advanced
- Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva): Intermediate
- Basic SEO for Social Media: Proficient
- Analytics & Reporting (Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics): Intermediate
